BEGINNING

Launch of the UbiZ App

Mobile telephone exploded worldwide with unprecedented force. Customer loyalty was a primary concern for merchants and so we started working on the idea of uniting customer loyalty with the mobile telephone.

September 2016. We started working on creating the UbiZ App, which is the mobile telephone AiYellow loyalty app. To do this, we had a vision: there would be nothing more useful than "Push Notifications" to help create loyalty.

The "push" notification service, is a system that allows instant communication. It provides the facility to send messages of up to 255 characters directly to customers, who receive them, on their smartphone or tablet.

One of the primary functions is to update the UbiZ customer with promotions, offers and other pertinent information. With "push" notifications, we fulfil that goal perfectly, by sending small amounts of data directly to their devices.

We had the concept, and the technology was available. We were at the right time, to formulate another success.

According to StatCounter, for the first time in late 2016, the internet usage by mobile and tablet devices exceeded desktop users worldwide. Mobile and tablet devices accounted for 51.3% of Internet usage worldwide, compared to 48.7% by the desktop.

The market surprised us again: UbiZ immediately caught the attention of advertisers, by reaching 100,000 downloads in the Android and Apple markets.

Later, we designed a commercial brand through our licensing program. We included the product, without charge with our ad packages, Super, Ultra and Pro AdPack.

Today, UbiZ develops and advances, offering the use of UbiZ as a business tool for companies, with protection and without market competition. Moreover, UbiZ for People promotes interaction between users and businesses with raffles and prizes and with activities that strengthen loyalty. Through its licensees, UbiZ provides comprehensive advice on the application of the tool.

The demand for mobile apps has never been higher! According to recent data, nearly half of small businesses are expected to acquire a mobile app by 2017.

Our desire is, to actively participate and realise the user figures, that we have achieved in AiYellow.

In a market that has increasingly turned to mobile cellular technology, our goal in the short term is, to open as many potential commercial licenses, to secure the implementation of the App and reveal its purpose. According to our estimates, the number of users should exponentially grow, when using the database of WhitePages in conjunction with our reward system.

The data suggests that small businesses are building apps to increase sales (55%), improve customer experience (50%) and to become competitors in a specific market (50%). According to Smallbiztrends.com, 'apps are no longer a mere branding exercise for small businesses'. From simplifying online purchases to providing easy-to-access information, apps provide countless benefits for small business owners.
